Jeannette Nickson with over 15 years of real estate experience in the Winter Haven area, working for John Wood Realty for the past 12 years and Lindsey Krombach, selling real estate for John Wood Realty for the past year.
 The Cypresswood Sales office is located within Cypresswood Golf & Country Club at 900 Eagle Pond Drive, Winter Haven, Florida. The Cypresswood Office is the home of The Smith Team offering a team concept to all it¿s clients in order to better serve them with all their real estate needs. The Smith Team consist of Steven P. Smith the team leader selling property in the Winter Haven area for 16 years and working for John Wood Realty for the past 14 years. Nony Paquette new to The Smith Team has sold real estate in Central Florida for the past 5 years.
