MEN'S ASSOCIATION
 A very active association here at Cypresswood, the Men's Association meets every Tuesday at 8:30 am and at this time has approximately 85 members. The Men's Association is open to all Cypresswood Club members and costs $45 per year. The first Tuesday of the month is a Ryder Cup format with FREE Beer following the game and on the third Tuesday, a Scramble format is played followed by FREE pizza. Various formats are played on the remaining Tuesdays of the month. On the second Tuesday of March the annual President's Cup is played followed by a FREE steak dinner. The Men's Association also sponsors an annual Christmas Dinner and Dance at Cypresswood. For more information contact the President of the Association, Mr. Jim Jones at 863-326-5935.

LADIES ASSOCIATION
 The Ladies association at Cypresswood has two different groups. The 18 Hole Ladies that meet every Tuesday at 8:30 am and the 9 Hole Ladies meet every Thursday at 8:30. Both are a shot gun start for set games. At this time the Ladies association has approximately 75 members and its open to all Cypresswood Club members for an annual fee of $35. The Ladies Association hosts the annual Christmas party, the Past Presidents Day Tournament, and to complete the season, the Annual 18 Hole Championship Games.This years Past Presidents Day Tournament is set for Tuesday, March 25th. All presidents from the past and present are invited to play in this tournament followed by a great luncheon. The Annual 18 Hole Championship Games are set for Tuesday, April 1st and Tuesday, April 8th . LADIES COURSE RECORD
Betty Victorine of Winter Haven and a member of Cypresswood Golf & Country Club recently broke the Ladies Course Record. Mrs. Victorine shot an amazing 77 on January 15, 2005 which broke the 15 year old record previously held by Audrey Beyer.

TAI-CHI FOR HEALTH
 Tai-Chi is a form of exercise with slow, fluid moviements designed to increase balance, flexibility and circulation. The class is designed to integrate the mind and body and also to reduce pain and stiffness while promotes correct body posture and improves relaxation. All participants will benefit from this class and everyone is welcome. Monday at 6-7 PM
STEP AND GLIDING
 This workout is designed to condition the cardiovascular system while creating overall fitness, if you want to focus on your Abs, glutes, and hamstring. It is a head to toe workout. A fun and energy-filled class! Tuesday 6-7PM
PILATES AND YOGA
 This class is an ultimate mind, body, and spirit connection. Movements are designed to achieve a centering, calm, and focus common to mind/body fitness. The class will improve your muscular strength, endurance and flexibility and overall joint mobility. In addition, the class will reduce stress, fatigue while increasing your energy and stamina. This is bliss class! Thursday 6-7PM
LITE AND EASY WORKOUT
 Have fun and movie to the music through exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of moviement, and activity for daily living. Hand weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance, a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. A class you don¿t want to miss! Friday 9-10 AM
